Directions:

The pills are quite large and difficult to swallow. I compared the ingredients to two other products and they all have some of the same ingredients but also there are variations. Viva red says they are lab tested but which lab. They do not specify if the lab is indecent from their company. Who specifically certifies that all of the ingredients they claim are in the pill? Consumer Reports did a review of vitamins and found that many companies do not have the ingredients they claim. I have become skeptical. I went on their web site and they were not specific about which lab tests their product. For me, the information is too general for me to say I would continue to take this productC Stephan

I’ve been taking Biotin for quite awhile now and can positively say it has affected my nails & hair growing. I can’t say it has done an amazing job on skin but must be helping! The reason I switched to these was because of everything that is included! Beside the Biotin..Selenium (more of a male needed supplement), Vit E, B’s, C, 2 forms of much needed Calcium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese..And Collagen! This eliminates taking some additional supplements and saves a bit of $. I can’t give a 5* rating because haven’t taken long enough..

I know my diet is less than perfect. It really shows it in Hair, skin and nails. I do use collagen peptides everyday along with a capsule supplement. These are a bit hard for me to swallow but cutting in half helps. Also taking with milk makes it easier. I do have trouble with all hard capsules so not unique to this product. I love that they are made in the USA. It does take a few months until you see results.

I have used quite a few hair/skin/nail supplements over the years and from the ingredients list and from the results of taking this I would say that this hair/skin/nail supplement is right up there with the better quality ones. For starters there is nothing artificial. There is a large supply at 120 tablets. And after having used this for almost two months I would say that the results are positive. My nails have definitely been growing faster and stronger. My hair is fuller and slightly thicker. And my skin looks better. After I exhaust this supply I would for sure look into buying more.
