I like a multi-vitamin because of 2 reasons: 1) I don’t have to take a bunch of other stuff and 2) I only have to take one pill. When I first got these, I looked at the serving size, and it’s THREE pills! That means this bottle of 90 pills is only one-month’s worth! I already have my regimen of white-middle-aged-guy pills I have to take every morning and night, so having to take THREE pills just for my vitamins is not something I want!This pill does have a good amount (3 pills, that is) of what you need. I was happy with that. The pills are a little fat and swallowing 2 at a time is not so great. They do have that weird slimy coating on them that makes it easier. I mean the bottle looks cool, and the pills look neat, but 3? Come on.

I’m going to start out by saying that I did not take these pills in and have them tested to find out if the pills themselves contained the actual vitamins and minerals advertised on the packaging.I base this review solely on my experience of taking these pills for one month.First to start out with the bottle may contain 90 pills however the directions of use say you take 3 pills a day so it’s still only a 30 day supply.Second, the pills are huge! I’ve taken lots of multi vitamins in my life and I’ve never seen one this big, let alone the need to take 3 pills of this size a day.I didn’t notice any physical difference in how I felt taking these pills however I did notice that it caused my urine to become yellow colored showing that they were doing something.Also, they taste horrible if I had to describe how they taste, I would say they tasted like compressed grass. And they cause your belches to taste like that for a while after taking the pill.I took the full 30 day supply worth of pills and like I said; I noticed nothing different except for the color of my urine. However, I could not recommend these to a friend because of the harsh flavor of the pill and the enormous size combined with the fact that you have to take 3 of them a day.

It would take too long to list each ingredient here (so I won’t). This is a COMPREHENSIVE daily supplement of vitamins and minerals. Not only supports general health, but targets immune support, and mood/energy. DV dosages range widely, from 1% (the 50 mg potassium), to 4167% (the 100 mcg of vitamin B-12). There are reasons for that and this is a very intelligently formulated daily supplement. Label suggests 3 tablets per day with a meal. Personally, I suggest spacing the 3 out, as possible. Also follow the advice about taking with a meal, as these heavy dosages will cause a bit of nausea on an empty stomach. The tablets are on the large side. GMP seal. Non-GMO. Not a bad choice for a person wanted to take one supplement product but meet all of their various needs, generally speaking.

It’s a good news bad news sort of thing here. The good news? The product itself is made from the combination of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that together yield a ton of benefits for your body. The list of vitamins, minerals, and supplements spans the entire height of the bottle.The bad news? Horse pills. That’s how the product looks and feels to me. And I don’t like taking horse pills. Could that not be made into a power that goes into capsules? I would take six capsules of a really good product before three horse pills.Ok, I am taking them as listed on the bottle. So it is possible. But a product that offers so many benefits deserves to be served in a more palatable form.

A great vitamin And a dietary supplement with a very large number of vitamins and nutrients. It also has a fruits and vegetables blend added. Pills are easy to swallow and they don’t cause heartburn like some other brands. Taken with a glass of water should be digested and absorbed quickly. I haven’t noticed any aftertaste. They are designed for increasing energy and immunity. My only “ issue” was a serving size which suppose to be 3 tablets which is quite a lot. Even thought the daily value for some vitamins listed is calculated at 400%-500% I would suggest to take one or 2 pills just to make sure they are easier absorbed.

Serving – 3 = Bottle 30 servingsThis is an impressive combination of nutrition from fruits / vegetables and minerals.Although some aren’t high dosage, that’s to be expected with the high number of ingredients.From that viewpoint, the dosages are fairly well presented.The main important vitamins are represented here.Vitamin A – (all 8) B’s – C – D – E – Choline – Calcium – Phosphorus – Magnesium -Zinc – Selenium – Copper – Maganese – Phosphorus – Chromiun -Plus all 72 trace minerals.Note this is a large pill = 3/4″ long & fairly large around.It may be too large for some who have issues with swallowing capsules.This is an overall great product.5 stars

This bottle contains a long list of ingredients, as it includes standardized amounts of various vitamins and minerals along with a range of food and herbal ingredients. These are tablets made with tablet forming ingredients such as stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and pharmaceutical glaze. The nutritional content of these is impressive although I would rather get this type of supplement in powder or capsule form without all the fillers. This requires using 3 capsules a day for the recommended dosage. This is fairly inexpensive and a good multivitamin if you prefer tablets.

This brand Vivared has a number of different products in their wellness lineup, this one is a basic adult multivitamin. I have been taking them daily for a few weeks now. On their website, they charge $30 for a bottle of these! On Amazon though, these are available at a much fairer $13.53 at the time of writing my review. I definitely don’t think any multivitamin is worth $30, at least I would never pay that much. Honestly, the amazon price is a little higher than I would like to pay too, but I could potentially see myself buying a bottle at that price. Everything about the product indicates that it is high quality and not made from cheap ingredients. I can understand paying more for product that really is better for you. These are non-GMO and use two different proprietary blends (one for health and one made up of fruits and vegetables). This product is also made in the USA, I like supporting American companies especially ones that manufacture their product within the states. Even though this bottle includes 90 tablets, it is only said to be a 30 day supply as you are directed to take 3 tablets daily (one with each meal). So basically, there is more going on here than what you get for a $5 bottle of normal adult multivitamin. I can’t really attest to the effectiveness of the additional ingredients, it’s hard to measure the effectiveness of something like a regular multivitamin, let alone a multivitamin with additional proprietary blends. This brand does inspire my confidence though, and I believe they have a solid product.

There are so many multivitamins on the market. A lot of them have a similar ingredient profile but often are missing a few core elements that I believe should make up a better multivitamin.IDEALLY, I would love to find the perfect vitamin in a single capsule. However, at that point I’d be taking a horse pill and I would rather just take two medium size capsules or tablets to get the job done.With this vitamin you do have to take three. The nice thing is that if you prefer or have for whatever reason an easier time taking a pill in the morning, you can take two (or three) and then the other after lunch. Since there is an energizing kick that I feel from this (there’s a great amount of Vitamin B and a number of energizers in their “health” blend) I wouldn’t recommend taking it at dinner or otherwise in the evening.There are a TON of ingredients in this, which explains the serving size. The fact is, in my opinion (facts, opinions…so easy to mix up) this has some great ingredients in it that lead to just feeling better and being better with the effect.Oh but there is that one star I take off….yes, indeed. It’s that proprietary ingredient thing that I can’t stand…just tell us the breakdown of EVERYTHING….double side the label, do whatever it takes, but tell us exactly how much of each ingredient is in the supplement!Otherwise, this is great and I highly recommend it.

Dynamic Multivitamin Pros: very good amounts of vitamins and minerals, fruit and vegetable nutrient blend, easy to swallow, standard sized tablets, no smell or taste. Cons: serving size is 3 tablets which is only a month supply – I usually prefer 1/day vitamins.

I like that these vitamins are from whole foods and all natural ingredients. Have I noticed any life-changing improvements since starting on these vitamins? No, not really. Everything is pretty much the same. I need vitamins (for various medical reasons) though, so I take them. The pills are a little big, so swallowing them is a slight challenge. They go down fine, mostly, it is just a little uncomfortable. That’s a problem with most vitamins, frankly, so I don’t really dock it for that. If you need a multi-vitamin, you can consider these. If you are looking for whole-foods vitamins, these are a good choice.

I am very happy with this VivaRed Dynamic Support supplement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The tablets are larger sized oval compressed tablets but are easy to swallow (for me). There is no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.
